How we handle data
Client documents
Public or fictional documents need no NDA. Before you share your own records we sign your NDA or send ours, and agree data handling in writing. Files are kept in our access-controlled business workspace, in a separate folder for each client, and used only for the work you asked for. Names, civil IDs and other personal details are removed before any AI model reads a file. We do not sell client data, share it with other clients or use it to train AI models. One-off work is deleted 30 days after we deliver; ongoing services keep files while the service runs and delete them within 30 days after you stop.
Health data
Until our Oman hosting is ready, health work runs only on files your team exports with names, civil IDs, member numbers, phone numbers and dates of birth removed. We process identifiable health data only with the permits the law requires and a written data agreement with the clinic or hospital.
Business contacts
Our first message to a company goes to its published business address and only asks whether you would like to hear more. Without a yes, we send nothing else. We record where we found any business contact detail, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Private pages
When we prepare a page for one company, it has a private address, is not listed on this site or in search engines, expires after 30 days and is deleted on request. We use no third-party tracking on these pages.
Your rights
Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 45 days.
